You are not alone

Our Commitment to You During the Coronavirus

Notice to Our Customers

While organizations around the world are reorganizing their workforces to handle the current health issue, I’d like to take this moment to reassure you that we at DirectDefense are well prepared to facilitate the services you count on us to provide for you.

Unlike most industries that maintain a collective work force, the cybersecurity industry is accustomed to maintaining a remote work force to attract and retain the industry’s top talent. DirectDefense since day one was built on this model, and, as such, our sales and professional services employees have the ability to work remotely to continue to deliver the services and support they provide for you and your organization.

In regards to our managed services, DirectDefense maintains a Security Operations Center in Englewood, Colorado for two primary reasons:

A) To offer consistent training to our new staff members.
B) To maintain a point of continuity for you, our customers, with regards to our primary location and coordination of services.

With that said, we have and do maintain a “work from home” schedule for all of our analysts and MSP staff members. Due to our culture, and service design, rest assured we will continue to provide the level of service you are accustomed to.

Finally, due to the flexible nature of our company, many of our staff members are cross-trained to assist other departments with service delivery should the need arise.

I hope this clarifies our position and delivery capabilities for you. If you have more questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly with any questions.

Sincerely,
Jim Broome, President
